2. Free Postage for 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc purchase applies to purchases checked out on a single invoice, purchases can be made upto 24hrs apart to be eligable for the special free postal rate. Once you have finished shopping with us please 'Request the Total' from us by clicking the Request link on the invoice page, we can then adjust the invoice amount for you to include the postal discount if not already present on the invoice.

3. Where a product is listed as 'Customized' or 'Personalised' a Mockup image of how your final product will look will be emailed to you for approval after we receive the details of your order, once approved by you the design will be sent to print and completed, afterwhich there can be no refunds or exchanges on personalised products.

4. If you buy the product in this auction: please make payment within 7 days of end of auction via one of the available payment methods listed in the 'Payment' section above. We issue payment reminders after 7 days have past if payment hasn't been received, please contact us at your earliest convenience if you require more time to pay, so that we know to give you more time.
