Well I reckon its between 1870 and 1948 when it was last used, Its a Beer cooler that uses a Block of ice from a Hotel built in 1870 and was boarded up under the stairs in 1948.

It was found when an old wall was removed.

I dont think you will find anouther in a hurry,

 its at 351 Barkly St Footscray  Margerats Bazaar
