Table with metal legs A

One of two identical tables up for auction. The tabletop is mdf covered in faux woodgrain contact-like veneer. Both tables have been altered - we had a small study and they were both an inch too wide for our purposes - so my husband cut them neatly to fit. Where it was cut the mdf is now visible and the edge is different - no sharp edges or splinters, just not the glossy surface of the other three sides. As you can see from the photo, the contact is coming away from the table surface along this edge. Apart from that the tables are in good condition.
