90% of pattern uncut, granny only used part of the pattern,

She took very god care of this and it was expert cut.

its 7 1/2 to 8 inch doll

Pattern & instructions are in excellent condition

The front of the envelope is in excellent condition.

The back of the envelope has a few vintage age marks.

This is a wonderful pattern for a doll lover or collector.
