WARRANTY

The item you are bidding on has a 30 day "Return to Base" Warranty.

We have found this to be more than adequate, as generally if in the very rare event that anything does go wrong, it will normally happen within the first 30 days

However, in the very unlikely event, that you feel there is a problem with your purchase, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the item.

No warranty claims will be undertaken after this period, unless arranged with us prior to purchase.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

We are here to help and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Any items returned to us, (at our discretion) for Inspection/Repair/Replacement, are done so at the buyers expense and risk.

Any items returned to us, that are found to be faulty will be replaced/repaired and returned to you at our expense.

Any items returned to us for inspection, that are found to be in perfect working order will incur a handling charge of $15.00 + return postage to the buyer at the same rate as the original postage, (to be paid before returned).

POSTAL DAMAGE

If you feel that your item has been damaged in anyway during transit. You should report it to us within
24 hours of being delivered to you.

No claims will be undertaken after this period, whatsoever.

If you have taken out postal insurance, you are fully covered against any losses.

It is important that you keep all packaging and if possible take pictures of any damage.
