Synopsis:
The Masai Mara always boasts a rich variety of wildlife, but never more than in September and October, when a million and a half Wildebeest migrate. The the Mara is one of the very best places in the world to watch wildlife.
The Big Cat Diary follows the big cats in the natural environment for six weeks during the Wildebeest migration season - twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, six camera crews comb the open plains and scrub of the Mara, resolutely tracking the daily routines, fortunes and misfortunes of these magnificent animals.
Each episode covers a week of filming, edited on location to give the flavour of the real-time report of a week in the life of the big cats.
Also included in an update filmed six months later, when the camera crews returned to show how the fate of the big cats has unfolded.
Bought brand new and comes from our own collection, watched once. In EXCELLENT condition.
