If you purchase 1 item and the delivery charge is $10.00 then purchase a second item with a delivery charge of $10.00 then the postage on the second item is free. Refunds and Returns |

Items sold by Hardware2u are brand new and are good quality, however if the item is received faulty the buyer needs to contact us within 7 days of purchase. If required the item the item may need to be returned (AT BUYERS COST) for checking or for a replacement. REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE unless item is no longer in stock and can no longer be replaced. If the item is found to be faulty Hardware2u will refund the returning cost and post out a replacement item.

Delivery |

Please allow up to 10-12 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker (2-3 business days). Sheds generally take 7 to 14 days and garages can take up to 25days.
In some cases delivery may be longer but it will specified in the product descriptions.
No weekend or after hours delivery available.
Pick up are OK just let us know your coming.
Our openning hours are:
Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
Saturday 9.00am to 12.00pm
