This Macbook was purchased on 31^st July 2008, and has Apple Care extended warranty expiring on the 31^st July 2011. ( all receipts available for buyer )

With Apple Care included, you can take this laptop back to any Apple store and have it fixed. ( no charges ) I have the CD and the certificate.

There are no scratches what so ever on this laptop, buyer will not be disappointed.

There are no marks on the trackpad as this is usually the sign of wear an tear of excessive use. There are no marks on the trackpad as I used the mouse.

Currently updated to the latest Leopard version and will be reset to factory settings once sold.

Buyer must configure the settings of the laptop as if purchased new from the store.

Battery rated on good and still retains 87% of its original capacity.
