This is Black & Decker Space Saver Toast-R-Oven with book. This was hardly ever used , only shows a little cooking stain in the very back on one side.  In excellent condition. No dents. White in color.  Model TR20TY2. It is 120 volts and 1500 watts. It measures aprox. 14.75"x7.5"x7.5". Features drop down crumb tray for easy cleaning. Comes with rack and pan. It has controls for Off/200-500 Degrees, Toast, Light/Med/Dark/Top Brown, and an indicator light. I do not have the mounting bracket but you can buy them on ebay too. More pictures below listing.
