- Buyer from Europe (Continental), Russia, Asia, Mexico, South America must pay AUD 2 extra for tracking service. This is a fixed price service, i.e. you will only be charged AUD 2 extra no matter how many items you bought from our store.
- Item will be shipped by air within 24 hours after receiving your consolidated payment (except sunday and public holiday).
- Delivery to major cities like San Francisco, London, Syndey usually take less than 5-7 days to arrive.
- For other areas, delivery will take around 8-12 days to arrive.
- Please report any non-receipt if item does not arrive within 15 days after confirmation of shipment.
- Buyer could request to have the item resent if it does not arrive in 15 days after confirmation of shipment.
- Buyer could request a full refund if item does not arrive in 21 days after confirmation of shipment or 15 days after being resent. (compatible to paypal 45 days chargeback limitation, which helps to secure the interest of our buyer. )
- Will Ship Worldwide, except for some countries with extremely long custom clearing time or high mail losing rate.
- Buyer pays all the shipping and handling cost.
- No tracking number will be provided for purchase under AUD 50 to save our administration cost. For more we save, more discount we could offer to our customer.
- Raising dispute (either Paypal or eBay) without first communicating with seller will result in negative feedback and unpaid item strike. We believe we will be able to work out a solution with our buyers through constructive communication.
- Buyer will be responsible for the applicable import duty and local tax, if any.

Item could be returned to our Warehouse in Hong Kong.

If buyer has purchased by mistake, he/she must leave positive feedback and reimburse seller AUD 1 insertion fee to cancel the order.

Item must be returned within 30 days after confirmation of payment.

Only item proven to be defective upon arrival will be entitled to full refund plus return shipping.

The total amount of return shipping should not be more than the original shipping cost.
