All of our items are shipped within 24-48 hours *average. Our shipping is a flat rate, no extra charge for additional items (based on purchased eBay items shipped together).
- Domestic shipping is ONLY $5.00 via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with an average delivery time of 2-3 days or DHL with a 3-7 day average. Domestic shipping includes the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
- Canada is $10.00 via U.S.P.S. Global Priority, DHL, or Air Mail. On occasion we will use U.P.S. or FedEx. The shipping time is 5-7 days *average, this is by no means guaranteed. On occasion we see delays due to the country of destinations carrier services and customs. In the rare case there is a delay, please check with your local post office and/or customs office and contact us via email.
- International is $12.50 via U.S.P.S. Global Priority, DHL, or Air Mail. On occasion we will use U.P.S. or FedEx as an alternate carrier. The shipping time is 5-10 days *average, this is not by no means guaranteed. On occasion we see delays due to the country of destinations carrier service and customs. In the rare case there is a delay, please check with your local post office and/or customs office.

Question: "Does the paddle come with the rubbers attached?"
Answer: Yes, the paddle will come assembled and ready to play.
Question: "Why did I receive a different colored paddle case from the one pictured?"
Answer: The paddle cases are the pictured style (Full, Double, Head). Some of the paddles are prepackaged from the factory and the cases provided have different color combinations than the ones pictured. If you would like a specific color combination, please add a note with the payment and we will try to accommodate your request. There is no guarantee that we can make the change, but we we do our best.
Question: "Do you combine shipping if I buy several items?"
Answer: Yes, the shipping is a flat rate. If you purchase multiple items, there is NO additional charges for shipping. This is based on items shipped together.
Question: "What is the best paddle you have?"
Answer: There is NO magic paddle. The best paddle is one that fits your needs and playing style. Feel free to email me with some info on your style and what you need in a paddle. We will do our best to get you into a bat that fits your game and will allow you to progress.
Question: " Is there really a picture of a monkey on the Monkey King?"
Answer: No, the Monkey King picture has a paper sheet on the rubber. All of our paddles are assembled with a red side and black side. Any pictures depicting colors other than red or black is only due to camera lighting.
Question: "What are the star ratings on the balls?"
Answer: The star ratings are based on the consistency, roundness, and density of a ball. The 3 stars are of the highest standards, and the other ratings follow. Our balls are actually all out of the same factory. The only difference being variations in one of the above mentioned criteria. If there is any deficiency in the above standards the ball is rated accordingly. The one star balls are great for recreational play, two star are a step up and the three star are tournament quality. These balls have the exact specifications as the D.H.S. 3 star balls that were used in the Olympic games. The 729 balls all play great and are some of the best available. The Gambler Table Tennis balls are labeled Platinum (3 Star), Gold (2 Star), and Silver (1 Star). The Gambler Balls are a harder ball like the Nittaku or Double Fish Balls.
