Ladies size 10 dress, fitted bodice and full skirt with matching belt. The thin straps are removeable from within the lining (like bra straps) so this can be worn strapless just as easily as strappy. You can see from the close up photo that the outer layer is black and there are tiny holes in the fabric which then allow the white lining to show through. Perfect for day or night time parties during the silly season - dress it up with accessories and a little black clutch and heels. From Target and has all tags still attached, originally $59.95.
