Cost for insurance in case of postal damage or complete loss. the goods are insured for the replacement value and not the winning bid value as out of 10 times the goods are won at a value that is substantially less than what you would pay at a retailer. 3. I provide comprehensive assistance if an insurance claim needs to be lodged , I have had the experience of this, also you will find that 99.99% of the sellers on ebay absolve themselves from any responsibility once the goods are shipped as what ever happens with the goods is beyond their control ,(have a close look at some of the other larger sellers than me ) .
