All orders are shipped via Toll Priority, a secure express courier to anywhere in Australia, and the cost is $18.50.
 
Delivery is next day service in most cities and metropolitan areas in Australia (Northern Territory locations and some other remote areas may take 2 to 3 days).  Items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving clear payment.  If the purchase has been made on a weekend or public holiday, the item will be shipped the next business day.
 
Delivery is made during normal business hours and your signature and photo identification is required to accept delivery.
 
We do not deliver to a Post Office Box, so if your registered eBay address is a PO Box, please email your residential address when making payment, otherwise your delivery will be delayed until the address has been received.  Pick-up is not available for any purchase.

In accordance with your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act, we will provide a refund on a product purchased in the following circumstances:

•    if it is faulty (through no fault of your own)
•    if it is unfit for purpose (it doesn't do what it is supposed to do)
•    if it does not match the description provided on the listing.
•    if it has defects that were not obvious or were not brought to your attention at the time of purchase

We do not provide refunds where you:
•    change your mind
•    purchase the wrong phone
•    find it cheaper elsewhere
•    use the phone in a way it was not made for
•    cause the phone to become damaged

No returns are available after 14 days of shipped goods.  A receipt for the returned item must accompany the item as proof of purchase for a refund or exchange. Only products in their original condition can be returned or exchanged. Return postage is to be paid by the customer.  

If you do not intend to pay for the item you are bidding on, please do not bid.  This is a binding contract, and includes any unauthorised persons bidding on your behalf.  If payment has not been received within 7 days, you will be emailed a payment reminder.  If you have placed a bid and wish to retract it, please visit the eBay services page.
