• We operate a 7-day money back guarantee for all our products. If the item has a manufacturing fault or not as described at the time of receipt then we will happily replace the product or refund your money as long as it is returned to us within the 7-day period in its original condition

• This handset has been customised and therefore the manufacturer's warranty is invalidated. However, the handset comes with a 12 month warranty offered by the GSM Rocker Club
  
• The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not those caused by the user
• Cosmetic damage or water damage is excluded from warranty

• Returns Policy
  
• In case a manufacturing fault is identified after the "7-day money back guarantee" then the handset will only be repaired. The handset will need to be returned to us via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (at your expense) and we will advise you of a repair turnaround time
• We only accept returns within the 7-day period for items that have a manufacturing defect or are "not as described". We are unable to accept returns for any other reason whatsoever

1. Is the phone 100% brand new and unused?100% Brand new/unused/un-registered and in original condition
2. What does "unlocked" mean? "Unlocked" simply means the device is free to operate on any global GSM network, i.e. O2, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange, AT&T, Rogers, etc
3. I thought the device was "unlocked", why are my emails not working? The answer is two fold: (1) You must have Blackberry services activated on your sim card via your network operator; (2) Once Blackberry services have been activated then the handset needs to be registered. This is done by supplying your network operator with the device PIN and IMEI numbers. Most network operators have a dedicated "Blackberry services" website where the end-user can configure the new device themselves
   
4. Will we accept any offers? No, so please do not message us with offers (we simply wont respond)
5. Will we entertain cash on collection? Its simply too much hassle in terms of arranging mutually convenient time for collection, therefore the answer is "No".
