SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Goods will be shipped from our warehouse in Gold Coast or Brisbane, QLD. We do not offer pick-up facilities from our warehouse.
Shipping charges are mentioned in the Auction and include insurance and handling. We will ship only to a physical home/work address.

Goods are posted using courier or Registered Australia post within 3 business days of full payment clearing and receiving your delivery details and contact information.

WARRANTY, REFUND & REPLACEMENT

All our goods come with full Manufacturers warranty.
If the goods are defective in any way or dead on arrival, please notify us within 4 days of receiving the goods. We will be happy to replace the goods for you at no extra cost.
If a refund is requested then we will refund the money paid to us minus ALL shipping costs.
ALTHOUGH ALL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE PROVIDED IN THE PACKAGE, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE PRODUCTS BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN. SELF-INSTALLATION MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS SUCH AS INCORRECT WIRING LEADING TO SYSTEM FAILURE. THE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IN SUCH AN EVENT.

After you win our auction, you are covered through EBAY'S fraud protection scheme. If any other seller convinces you to buy through them at lower prices, you will not be covered by EBAY'S fraud protection and you can do nothing if they run away with your money without delivering the goods.
Even if they do deliver using cod or escrow, the only reason they offer less prices is because they would not have to pay Ebay fees. This compromises the Ebay trading system and is unethical.
