• For combine postage/shipping all purchasing need be made within 7 days and paid at the same time, full postage will be charged only for ONE item with the highest postage, the rest (same or less postage) items will be charged at postage rate per item. • All buyer must complete either eBay checkout or Paypal checkout.
• We will post to an address you have registered on eBay or Paypal. If you wish to use an alternate address for shipping then please input the alternate address at either eBay checkout or Paypal checkout. We pick up all shipping information from what the buyer inputs into checkout system. We always assumes buyer provides us with a correct address. We do not and cannot change post to addresses after payment is made, we do not refer to any notes or instructions left in the eBay/Paypal payment notes section, and we cannot refer to separate emails regarding this.
• All care is taken when packing your purchases. We assumes NO Liability for the late delivery or for goods missing or damaged while in transit unless insurance is purchased.
• We send out postage/shipping notifications email(contains delivery address) for every order posted, so if you have not heard from us this means you have a different email address registered on ebay then the one you are currently using or the email went to your spam/junk mail folder.
• Item is dispatched form Australia. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days but can vary depend on destination.
• Postage/shipping & handling fees are non-negotiable.

• Full Payment Instruction, Banking Detail (BSB & A/c #) and five digit 'Order ID' will be provided in the End of Auction email(EOA) send by eBay.
• We accept payment by Paypal. All credit card payment is processed through Paypal.
• Bank Deposit (Internet/online banking) - Please use your 'eBay User ID' and/or five digit 'Order ID' as the payment reference. DO NOT use item number or meaningless term (e.g phone cover, 7250 phone case, nokia cover etc.) as payment reference.
• Westpac Branch Deposit - Step1: Fill out the Account name, BSB and Account number on Westpac deposit slip. Step2: Make sure that you include your five digit 'Order ID'(DO NOT use item number) in the section marked "Aux serial no.". "Aux serial no." have to be a six digit number so please add a leading zero to your 'Order ID' and place a '60' in the "trancode box" section to active your "Aux serial no." Step3: Advise the Westpac teller to punch in your "Aux serial no." into the bank's system. Step4(optional): If no deposit reference is left, please email us the branch name and branch number (BSB), date and amount paid or I won't know who deposited the money.
• Australian Money Order / Bank Cheque (require extra 2~3 days to clear).
• For oversea buyers, Paypal is the only method of payment we accept.
• No C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery).

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase for Buy-It-Now items or within 14 days from the end of auction date for Bid items.
• We DO NOT accept returns on ground of "Damaged in Transit" unless insurance is purchased.
• We do accept returns on grounds of "DOA (No evidence of physical damage)", "Fault under warranty", "Wrong item supplied" and "Satisfaction". Returns will only be accepted if assigned with a Return Authorisation (RA) Number and must be accompanied with a completed Return Request Form. All returns without either the RA number or completed Return Request Form will not be accepted. RA returns must be received within 14 days from the date the RA number is assigned. Please contact us in advance to obtain an RA number and Return Request Form.
• All "DOA (No evidence of physical damage)", "Wrong item supplied" and "Satisfaction" returns must be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase for Buy-It-Now items or within 14 days from the end of auction date for Bid items. All item(s) need to be in their original condition, not worn or damaged or altered in any way.
• The warranty coverage period begins from the date of purchase for Buy-It-Now items or begins from the end of auction date for Bid items. Please refer to the item description for the specifics of all warranty periods as they differ from product to product. If no warranty period is specified than the item is sold as is. All events such as physical damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for "Fault under warranty".
• All free items, bonus items and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
• It is the buyers responsibility to return any item(s) to us at their cost. No exceptions. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection.
• Postage/Shipping & Handling fee is non-refundable.
• All returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee.
• It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your item.
