We accept payment via Paypal, Bank Deposit/Transfer, and MoneyOrder. Payment to be made within 5 days after checkout purchase. Please make sure to add your ID/Item reference when sending payment, as this enables faster processing of your order. Extended time for payment can be given only through arrangement with us. Sales not completed may result in you being reported to Ebay.
We use Australia Post for all our postage services, and items are posted within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends & public holidays). If purchasing several items from our store, we offer a discount of $3 per extra item, after initial postage amount. We also provide FREE postage on orders over $100. Insurance and Express postage are available on request, and can be selected through checkout. All Paypal purchased items are posted same day as payed, providing payment being received by 2pm, WSTime. Please ensure shipping details are correct, and allow 7 working days for your delivery to arrive before contacting us.

Sizing - our size charts are for you to use as a standard guide to your fitting requirements. So please choose carefully to avoid disappointment.
Returns/Refunds - we suggest you try on your garment before removing tags, etc. Returns/refunds won't be given where tags are removed, garment tampering, smoke odour, or sanitary reasons. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving goods, and if necessary you can contact us for further information. Refunds available by store credit. Please email if you have a concern.
Lost/Stolen - Sensually Diva will not be responsible for lost/stolen items. We recommend for you to use Express/Registered Post to avoid such occurrences. Please allow 7 working days for your delivery to arrive, before contacting us.
We offer returns/refunds Only under valid circumstances, which is explained in our "Terms" section. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, if you have a query about your item.
Unfortunately, due to health regulations, we can not accept returns of our lingerie items, as I'm sure you understand. However, we can offer a store credit on your next purchase with us.
