Blue resin pen holder. This pen holder measures 8cm height, 6.5cm width across the top. It has a blue and white painted ribbon running around the top with a blue and white bow. There are four white cats at the base of the holder, these have painted highlights such as pink bows, a blue and orange ball and a light brown basket.
