- How come I can't pick up goods from your warehouse?
Our insurance policy and trading terms with Council do not allow customers to come to our premises.
- Can I purchase your products at bulk price?
We're more than happy to offer our customers discounts should they want to purchase products in bulk - simply email your requirements to: stuffgalore@iinet.net.au.
- What is your preferred payment option for me to have my goods as quickly as possible?
PayPal is our only payment option as this allows us to receive cleared funds almost immediately and with minimal delay.
- Can I have my goods shipped on an express delivery service?
For orders with an Australian metro delivery address, the majority of our products are available on a next business day service for $19.95. Express delivery is also available for shipping to more remote/regional locations in Australia; however, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.
- How do I know you can ship my goods on an express delivery service?
Products that are available to be sent on an express delivery service will include the 'Get It Fast' icon as part of its product listing.
- Do you offer express shipping for orders being delivered internationally (i.e. outside of Australia)?
