This is a boat buoy used for when parking boat in water against wharf. This is used to stop the boat from hitting the edge.

This boat buoy is in great condition. Its 64cm high and 12cm wide. Has black holes on each enjd for rope tying. Infact the buoy comes with ita own rope.
