Bobby and the Expressions – Everywhere I Go 45 (orig. USA MONO King 45-6051—1966, large centre)

Release date: August 1966.

On offer here is an original US stock issue of the only single by soul group, BOBBY AND THE EXPRESSIONS.  These recordings remind me of the earlier doo-wop/soul-pop sound of the late 1950s, but with an updated 1960s soul-groove feel.  I couldn’t find out much about this combo—the  ‘You Better Know It’ 45 issued on Federal in 1964 by THE EXPRESSIONS might be the same act.  Can anyone confirm?
