POSTAGE AND HANDLING FEES

YOU CAN CHECK OUR POSTAGE COSTS BY VISITING WWW.AUSPOST.COM.AU. WE DO NOT CHARGE A HANDLING FEE ON our buy it now items however a handling fee is applicable to our auction items.  When calculating remember to add $2.80 for registered post & $1.90 for delivery confirmation.

To reduce the amount of ‘lost’ items we do not use post bags or send orders by any other method so please check the postage cost before bidding to make sure you are happy with it.

We generally use Australia post’s eparcel service to send all our orders under 22 Kilos in weight sometimes we may use another carrier.  In each case a signature will be required for the delivery, if no one is home then your item will be taken to your local post office or carrier depot for collection or re delivery (a card should be left for you but this does not happen every time)

Save 50% on shipping charges for combined purchases. Full price shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, other items will be charged at half price. (Australia only and only up to a total combined weight of 20 kilos.  The items after this will attract the full rate for the highest price postage cost and thereafter 50% discount.

Damage

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by any purchase by the buyer.  All items are sold with a description that is believed to be accurate and great care is taken in assembling the information.  However genuine mistakes, errors and omissions are accepted by the buyer.  If you are not sure of what is meant by a description, quantity or price, please contact us for clarification prior to bidding or buying.  Any warranty given is for normal wear and tear and usage

RETURNS

We offer an unconditional returns policy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or you feel it is not as described we will refund your final bid price once you return the goods, postage costs are NOT refunded...  If the item is faulty or not as described then we will also refund the postage however please do not send any item back until we have sent you a returns advice with our reply paid details. Any items returned without the returns advice will result in no refund of those costs.

  All prices include GST. A GST invoice can be supplied if requested

CHOICE

Generally where the bid offers various designs, colours, sizes and any other deviations then as per the auction web sites policy you will receive a mixture or one type.  The exception is where rules allow you to select, however you need to let us know this choice on the confirmation of sale for where it says 'notes for seller'.

Non Delivery

As we have such a high turnover in sales through other channels there may be times when items can’t be sent, this may be because the stock count was wrong or the last lost of the item is either damaged or can’t be located. When this happens you are contacted at the earliest time after your payment has been received, and advised of the situation.  We naturally, will refund your payment in full, offer an alternative, or give you the option of waiting for more stock to arrive.

Delivery

Your item is generally sent the next working day from cleared payment received (system failures etc excluded) unless otherwise notified.  Please be aware that generally orders can take 4-5 days (capital cities are quicker) for delivery after 7 days please check with your local post office to see if your parcel has been taken there. Please do not contact us for non delivery until you have checked with your local post office

Pick up.

As we are a major importer distributor members of the general public are NOT permitted to access our warehouse so pick up is NOT possible

Overseas buyers.  Please note the following:

We send by Air mail and the cost can be up to $32.00 a kilo.  Shipping time is generally 10-14 days but items can be held up by your government regulations so please ensure you are able to import the item and make yourself aware of any import duties you may need to pay.  We do not refund the shipping costs if an item is returned to us
