§      All sales are final & items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

§      Under special circumstances a refund may be offered but only if approved by the seller. In this circumstance the returned item must be in the exact same condition it was sent including packing, otherwise no refund will be made. 

§      Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances. All postage costs are at the buyers expense both ways.

§      No responsibility be accepted for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods caused by Australia Post. All items are sent in mint condition unless advised otherwise.

§    Please ask any questions before bidding on any of my auctions - if you are not sure just ask please don't just assume! 

§     By bidding on any of my auctions you are agreeing to my terms and conditions.

§      Buyer must contact me within 48 hours of the auction closing and all purchases must be finalized within 10 days.

§      All winners will receive an e-mail will details of the auction and shipping charges within 12hrs the auction closing.

 §    Non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay after the 10 days after the auction closing has expired. .

§     International Buyers payment will only be accepted via Paypal – you must contact me first before bidding to obtain shipping charges for your country.

§      When making the payment, buyers is to let me know which method of payment has been used and payments made via direct deposit please ensure that you use your Ebay user ID as payment description. Failure to follow the payment instructions will result in shipping delays.

§      When payment is received and has cleared into my account (please allow 3-5 working days) the item will be shipped to you within 48hrs (excluding weekends & public holidays).   

§      Pick-ups are no longer possible - so please do not ask!

§      No responsibility will be accepted once items are shipped without registration or insurance. Nor will responsibility be accept for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.

§      Items are non-refundable. Where a refund is accepted - the buyer pays all postage charges for the item sent and returned.- see above about refund policy.

§      Positive feedback will be provided to the buyer, only after the buyer has provided the seller with positive feedback.

§      All care is taken when submitting an auction. Any errors or omissions in the details are unintentional. If you are not sure about something or you feel that I have provided insufficient details, you must e-mail me before placing a bid on my auctions.
