Payment

All payments (including pick up only items) are to be made within 5 days of auction end (unless other arrangements have been made) via online banking. Our bank details are shown at check out. You will need to contact us if you require manual deposit through a bank branch.

Direct deposit preferred. Money orders and cheques accepted, but shipment will be delayed until cheques are cleared.

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the confirmation of payment to my nominated bank account. We use Australia post for all the shipping. It will take 3 to 6 working days within Australia.

We always pack items very safely and carefully. It is your responsibility for any damage and loss of parcels through Australia Post. Postage insurance or registered mail is recommended.

Where practicable, multiple items will be combined for shipping purposes, which will generally reduce your postage costs.

We don't charge handling fee. The postage on the listing is including postage and packaging.

Local Pickup

For any items listed as “Local Pick-up Only”, the winning buyer should contact us within two days of the auction end to arrange a suitable pick up time – preferably within 7 days of auction end. Cash on Collection will be accepted if the item is picked up within 7 days of the auction end.
