Black Cypress Pine(Callitris Endlicheri)
The Australian Cypress Pine (Callitris) seems to be the new “discovery” in patio and tub plants. Callitris is a species of Evergreen plants found in Australia. They make wonderful lawn plants for warmer zones, and some have medicinal qualities.
Tree with mostly erect sometimes spreading branches which may grow to 10 m tall, mostly dark green in colour; bark tough and often deeply furrowed and aromatic wood.

Japanese Cedar (Cryptomeria Japonica)
Japanese cedar is a tall, cone shaped evergreen with bluish green foliage and a massive trunk with thick reddish brown bark that shreds and peels in long strips. This is a fast growing tree that, in its native habitat, can get more than 180 ft (55 m) tall with a trunk diameter exceeding 12 ft (3.7 m); ornamental specimens are rarely more than 60 ft (18 m) tall though, and many of the named selections stay much smaller. The branches are arranged in horizontal tiers, ascending at first, then drooping near their ends.

Rare canopy evergreen tree (20-30 m) more usually associated with the dry tropical forests .This tree remains an outstanding species thanks to its massive stature, spreading crown, and high quality wood. The wood is among the most highly prized and widely appreciated timbers of the tropical forest. Very coarse grained and tan brown in color, it is marbled by rich veins of much darker wood.

Grass Tree (Xanthorrea Australis)
X.australis is probably the most widely distributed species. It usually develops a rough trunk which may be branched and which is coloured black, the result of surviving many bush fires. However, the plant is very slow growing and trunks only start appearing after many years of growth. The long, narrow leaves are crowded at the tops of the trunks.The individual flowers are white or cream and very small.
