This is an interesting Book titled "Eat Fish, Live Better - How to put more Fish & Omega-3 Fish Oils into your diet for a longer, healthier life" by Anne M. Fletcher, M.S., R.D. with foreword by Jean Mayer and published by Castle Books. The book measures  9.25 inches (23.5CM) by 6.50 inches (16CM), contains 378 pages and is in excellent used condition with mno foxing to the facing pages and page edges and no discolouration throughout. The hard cover is in excellent condition and the book comes with it's original dust cover which is in excellent condition.
