Those who purchase the resort accommodation will be mailed the voucher using Australia Post.

All mail is sent by Registered Mail - no matter where you live in the world.

It is sent Registered so that your voucher will not be lost in the mail & on the unlikely event that it does, Australia Post will verify to the loss & a new Voucher will be issued for free.

For International Registered Post, we charge AUD$10.00 (Australia Post charges us AUD$10.85).

International Registered mail usually arrives within a week, but may take up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on your geographic location.

These apartments are fitted and furnished to a high standard of luxury with marble kitchen worktops and bathroom basin surrounds. Corner baths are provided in the spacious en- suites. Furnishings are unique in design and will provide levels of comfort and style appropriate to the very best in holiday.

Above the apartments, the resort has built a huge roof patio with a Jacuzzi, sun beds and a Bar & small Restaurant. The new patio offers a 360-degree view of the mountains, hills, coconut palms and our wonderful islands in the sea. We believe this provides a spectacular panorama absolutely unique and unsurpassed in Bali. You can sip a drink at our bar shaded under our traditional Balinese rooftop or sit in the Jacuzzi or on the sun beds and enjoy the spectacular views.

Spend a week lounging around the pool (like I did) or take advantage of the resorts amenities & services.

Go snorkelling or go Jet Skiing & Parasailing. Lots of activities to do.

Our fishing charter service!
Using our own 9meter boat fitted with two 40 HP motors, fully equipped with toilet and sun canopy, great fun for fishing and other trips.

Included: Fishing Equipment, bait, lunch, non alcoholic drinks and transfer from hotel to the harbour return to Candi Dasa area. Transfer from other destinations can be organized for a small extra fee. Duration for a fishing trip approximately 6 - 7 hrs. The check out time is dependant on the moon tidal phase. The catch of the day can be prepared in our hotel kitchen after the trip If you travel alone or as a couple you can share the charter with other guests.

The boat is available for trips round the local islands and to other nearby island destinations e.g. Nusa Penida.

Our PADI training programme ranges from Introduction to SCUBA diving, Open water, Emergency first response, Night diving, Advanced Diver and Dive Master plus 6 speciality courses, e.g. night dive, wreck dive.

Q. Is this timeshare sales? and Do we have to attend High pressure Sales presentations if we purchase this holiday as it sounds to good to be true?

A. You are not required to attend any presentations.

If you find that you like this resort enough to enquire about membership, someone is available at your convenience to explain how it works & answer your questions without any pressure on you at all.

Q. Is there any breakfast included?

A. No, all meals & refreshments are your responsibility, you can order from the resorts restaurant or go to the local village.

Q. Can I confirm before I bid that the "Bid" price is for the 7day's accommodation. So all we have to pay for is flights over there and movement to/from airport?

A. Food & drinks & any other travel are also your responsibility. Apart from that, yes.

Q. We have 3 children, can we stay here & will it cost extra?

A. Any family that is more than 4 persons (that is 2 adults and 2 children below 16), please check first as the resort does not always have a room that is big enough at the time of booking and the extra charge could range between an extra bed to an extra room just for the 5^th person. Ask us for latest information on price.

Q. If we wanted to extend for an extra 3 days on our stay. How much would this cost?

A. You can stay longer if you wish, but you must ask at the time of booking with the resort for additional costs (payable directly to resort) & availability. Ask us for latest information on price.

Q. Can I purchase 3 vouchers for a 21 night stay?

A. No. The voucher is strictly limited to 7 nights accommodation & only 1 voucher per couple/immediate family. Additional nights can be arranged with the resort directly at a further cost. Ask us for latest information on price.

Q. Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?

A. Yes, the voucher is fully transferable & can be passed on to anyone, as long as they meet the conditions.

Q. What are the check in & check out times?

A. Voucher users can only check in on Saturday's & check out on the following Saturday is at 12:00 midday.

Q. Bali is nice....what about availability in November?
A. Availability at any time of the year needs to be checked at the time of booking, some periods are more busy than others. I strongly advise that you book as early as you can.

Q. Hi, what water sports are on location?

A. Water sports include windsurfing, diving, snorkelling & fishing to name a few.
