This multistation home gym is to picked up from INGLESIDE 2101 Northern Beaches (Near Terrey Hills or Mona Vale).
No Free weights to get (little) fingers caught or squashed. Silent movement. Removable seat so you can do the standing exercises effortlessly. Unilateral or Bilateral movements. 4 Adjustable lever bar angles ensure that you can do a greater range of movement for your targeted specific muscle group. Quick hook system to change the resistance you need. Great condition, has been kept inside all the time. All attachments and pieces are in excellent order. Very light and easy to move around. No longer have the space for it, and kids are starting to use it as a play toy!
Full original manual included, with pictures and descriptions of all the exercises available. I have made copies of the exercises and put all exercises of the same body group together and laminated them for ease of access during a workout.
