    Pick Up Service:
    　Take advantage of our convenient pickup service in our warehouse which is located in 12 Terracotta Drive, Blackburn Vic 3130.
    　We provide you with optimum access, should you require pickup of your setting. A member of our friendly OZ-MART team will meet you to assist as required. Pick ups are welcome via appointment, a $25 warehouse handling fee is payable on all pick ups. Please DO show the confirmation letter to our OZ-MART logistics, if not, OZ-MART logistics reserves the right to reject this pickup.
    　Pickups are available 4 days per week via appointment. Our trading hours are: 10:30 am to 5:30 pm Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri and Sat. Please notify us clearly if you'd like to pick up.
    　We will notify you within 48-72 hours after we confirm the exact date of item arrival. Please note: your item must be picked up within 48 hours from that day, or there is a $30 per day charge for storage. Please make sure you have an extra helping hand as OZ-MART staff will be limited to help lifting lounge sets.

    Door to Door Courier Service:
    　We provide Australian wide delivery.
    　Please note: we do NOT deliver to PO BOX, plesae supply your correct information to our customer service department, OZ-MART will not be responisible for any delays as a result. Shipping to remote areas outside of (CBD) can have a delay of up to 1 week in delivery time.
    　Once dispatch has been arranged and item is picked up, tracking information will be sent to every customer via email.
    　If your home, office or delivery location is greater than 2 flights of stairs, please add an extra fee of $35 for time and special handling charge
    　If you are not home to receive goods, second time delivery may attract extra courier fees.

    Can I pick up?
    　Yes, our items are stored at our warehouses in Melbourne. Please let us know clearly if you would like to pick up your item when you request your final invoice at check out. Please allow 2-3 days for us to arrange pick up in our warehouse. Pick up on SATURDAY ONLY.
     

    Where do I pick up?
    　Our warehouse is located in 12 Terracotta Drive, Blackburn Vic 3130. Shown on the right is a map of our warehouse. 

    What if my furniture does not fit?
    　When ordering furniture it is important to check that it will fit into your house and your room. Please check all doors, stairways and the space it has to go into carefully. If the worst happens and it really won't fit in, we will do our utmost to help you come up with an alternative.
