Combined Purchases and Shipping

We DO NOT offer combined Packaging, Postage & Handling charges should you win more than one of our auctions. Each auction is treated as a separate transaction that attracts its own fees. We would rather be up front so as not to offend you. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. If you feel that this is not acceptable to you, please do not bid.

Tax Invoice

As a proudly Australian owned and operated company, each purchase is accompanied by a GST Tax Invoice. Please keep this invoice safe so that you can use it for your annual tax and product warranty, if applicable.

Freight & Shipping

All products are professionally packed and in most instances our products are packaged in the original manufacturer’s packaging. With our nation-wide distribution and super quick dispatch 90% of our past orders were delivered in 2 business days or less.

C & C Warehouse relies on our courier partners to deliver your purchase. Deliveries sometimes fall victim to forces beyond our direct control. If problems arise please contact us so we can resolve the issue immediately.

Our freight forwarding partners will deliver your purchase to the address stated on your eBay PayPal account so please ensure it is correct. If your purchase cannot be delivered to that address our carrier will leave a card requesting you to collect your purchase at their nominated pickup point.

Returns
