ROYAL MAIL INDUSTRIAL ACTION: Due to ongoing nationwide strikes by postal workers, we will not be posting any items on strike days via Royal Mail. This is due to the massive backlog
of mail and parcels Royal Mail have accumulated and is the course of
action they have recommended in order to avoid parcels being caught up
in the backlog. OPTIONS FOR UK CUSTOMERS: We
have implemented courier service options within our postage and
packaging area. There are 2 options available from which you can
choose - please note, for orders under £50 this is at an additional
cost as specified in the P&P area of the listing. If you spend £50
or more on items within our store, we will courier your items to you at
the normal default postage price. ie, no extra charge. The courier
service ensures your parcel will arrive within the week and will be
dispatched the next day to ensure your parcel gets to you in a timely
manner. If you choose the normal default mail option, your parcel will
be sent to you via Royal Mail on the non striking days as outlined
above to get to you ASAP. OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We are committed to getting parcels to our international customers in a timely manner and will continue to send items via Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' delivery service. Again, items will not be sent on strike days however, if you would like your parcel urgently, you can contact us and we will obtain a quote for an international courier option. This will be based on weight and destination country and we will shop around to get the best price for you. Please note, our normal combined postage discounts for customers still apply to both Royal Mail & Courier options. We apologise for any inconvenience Royal Mail's industrial action may cause you and when this strike action ceases, our postage service will go back to normal.
