What payment method do we accept?
We accept: Paypal (Most Preferred).

How do we pack the item?
Item will be packed in retail packaging, just as you shop with retailing store.
You are interested in our product but your country charge you import duty for foreign items......
We will declare the item as gift and in low value. We have sold more than 1,000 pieces of this item in the past, according to our experience, no single customer had been charged before.
How do we ship the item, do we offer local pick up?
We ship the item worldwide by airmail, generally within
2 working days after payment is cleared, the item should take around 14 to 21 business days to arrive you varies from location and festivals (In most cases, it shouldn't take so long time). We do not offer local pick up.
Postal insurance is optional, however, if you don't insure your item, it is at your risk if the item is damaged and lost during transportation, so we highly recommend you to insure it (actually it doesn't cost you much to add an extra protection, it's worthy!)
What is included in the transaction?
1 piece of earphone, 2 convertor plugs, and OUR SERVICES! Do we offer combined shipment or discount?
Sorry we don't. But if you buy 2 or more items, we will provide you 10% discount on Shipping and Handling fee from the second items onwards.
What is our return policy?
We will only accept defective item returns within
14 days of receipt, and we will provide an item replacement, buyer is responsible for the shipment fee in sending the item to us.
