Delivery

• All goods will be shipped by us.
• Usually delivery takes within 7 days but please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
• We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
• If your product does not arrive after 15 days, please contact us and we will resolve any problems.

Exchange, Return and Warranties

• We offer 7 days exchange warranties so if there is defects on the item, we'll simply exchange the same item for you
• No drop off returns
• We charge a 20% of item value for restocking fee (applicable to non-defective item returns)
• buyer should be responsible for the postage of all returns.
• If there is a valid reason to return an item, contact us within 14 days for a return approval. We will refund the amount of the purchase. Postage, handling charges will not be included as they are not refundable.
