Shipping
All items will be posted within 3 working days of purchase except at Weekends.
We will ship the item by Airmail via Hong Kong Post.
It takes 5 to 14 working days to receive the purchased item depends on your local Post Offices. Please exclude weekends and holidays on all shipping. All of our merchandise is stocked at our warehouse therefore there are no delays in posting! Once the order has been sent we will e-mail you to confirm postage.
Please make sure that the e-mail address you have registered with eBay is valid as we may not be able to respond. If you do not receive a confirmation of shipment please let us know. Postage & Packaging costs can be found at the bottom of this page.
Please note that we will post to the CONFIRMED ADDRESS provided with your PayPal payment only. Also, please provide your CONTACT NUMBER for delivery, fail to provide will cause postal delay.
International Buyers – Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.
- Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Terms of Sale
Here are the simple steps to requesting a refund or return:
1) All returns must be authorised prior to return, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messaging System. Please do not rely on external mail.
2) Once authorised return the merchandise within a 7 day time frame from our purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: Any item sent and stamped after the 7-day period has expired will be refused.
3) Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received, and enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number.
4) Please ensure that the package has a tracking number, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time.
