Shipping Policy
-We normally ship items within three business days after payment is received
-To save shipping costs, multiple items may be combined and shipped together from either World Class and/or mrbikeman
-Insurance may be purchased at additional expense
-For international shipments, buyer should expect to pay the customs fees. Packages will be sent with correct weight and price and not marked as gifts.
Return Policy
Our
priority is the satisfaction of our customer. If you are unhappy with
any part of your purchase please feel free to contact us for an
immediate solution.
All products may be returned
within 7 days of delivery. It may take up to 7 business days to process
your return for exchange or credit.
Any package that
is authorized for return must have the issued RMA # clearly written on
the outside of the return package in order for us to accept it and
process it. Any package that is delivered to us with out the RMA #
clearly written on the outside of the packaging will unfortunately not
be accepted in order to limit the amount of lost and misplaced goods.
This policy is for the protection of our customers as well as us.
Sales Tax
-What's that? We are from Newark, Delaware, we don't have sales tax! Bet you wish you could say that about your state.

can work out whatever issue is present. Our main goal is to satisfy

questions, comments, or concerns you may have and we will respond as
soon as possible. Please understand, however, that we can get very busy
and it may take a couple of days to respond to you. If we have not
responded in a timely fashion, you can file a dispute before leaving
negative feedback.
