We have a verified PayPal business account and accept credit/debit cards payments through PayPal.

Local Bank Transfer:

VIA Internet Banking Or Direct Deposit in Person at Bank to our ANZ Bank Account.

Shipping

# We use most expedient postal service to ensure your item is delivered to you. Postage takes 3 - 5 days to most parts of Australia. We aim for a delivery time within 3 - 5 days inside major cities and regional areas may take longer but please allow up to 5-10 working days for delivery less in most cases. We also aim to ship items within 72 hours of receiving payment however external factors may sometimes affect the delivery time frames.

# Due to security reasons, we do not offer pickup under any circumstances.

Return policy

We provide a hassle free 7 days Item Replacement guarantee to give you the opportunity to inspect your item. We offer this to assure our customers that we are confident that you will be satisfied with your item and our service. This 7 days item replacement warranty is for DOA (dead on arrival) or mechanical problems only. The 7 days period starts from the time recorded as "delivered" in the post service's tracking system. We do not offer return or refund for change of mind.

N. B. To qualify for a replacement, items must be returned in brand new unused condition. Item must be returned with a reliable postal service and it should be packed properly. If the item lost or damaged at the time of return shipping we will not be held liable for that and no refund will be provided.

Warranty

All our products carry  Full Australian Manufacturer's Warranty for any manufacturer defects. Your item will need to be returned to Manufacturer's Authorized Service Centre. Warranty does not cover - Return Postage to and from Repair center, data, software lose or damage by virus, damage to other equipment or data used in conjunction with this unit or business lose due to malfunctions.
