1.       Payment MUST receive within 7 days once auction is closed. I will advise my bank or PayPal details via emails most of the time within 24 to 48 hours. If I have not received any reply at time, I will follow up via Ebay Invoice generated system. Please DO NOT send me any cash, cheque, money order, postal order or cashier’s order.

2.       I prefer buyer pay directly into my ANZ Bank, Australia (AUD ONLY) or Paypal for Australia residential. PayPal (AUD or USD ONLY) is available for International buyer ONLY.

3.       There are various items at my store. I do my very best to describe as accurately as possible. All sales are final.  No refund or replacement is given just due to the items are not fit for your sizes (Clothing) or cabinets (household items) or etc.  All dimensions are measured at the widest point. Some variations may occur with hand-made products. Actual colours of items for sale may be a different from what you see on this page due to printing/scanning/photo-shooting varies. I am not a professional photography. I try my best to take the best angle of the item or scan an accurate picture.

4.       I send out the items once the payment is cleared within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday and P. Holidays). I always email to inform the items are on the way to your door-step or address. NO refund or replacement if you claim the item is lost in the mail or damages that are caused in the post. It is advisable to send by registered post at a cost of AUD2.50 extra.

5.       I travel very often. If the auction closes at the time I am NOT in Australia, I will still arrange the items to be sent out as usual via normal airmail from overseas or locally. But don’t worry, I will still charge the postage/handling accordingly/nearest fees for delivery within Australia. That is to say, I would not change the shipping fees that indicated on the item page. Please note that the postages/handling fees stated on the item page is including postages, material or packaging fees. Please DO NOT bargain to lower the fees. I always request overseas post office to endorse a proven slip to ensure that my items are sent. It is difficult sometimes to log onto my email overseas. Kindly forgive me if I do not inform you for the delivery date. If you cannot reach me at my email, please contact me via Ebay messages. It takes about 3 to 14 business days to receive your parcels or items (depends the country where I am or the states you are located). Therefore, if you need items urgently, please contact me before purchase the items. Please note that the post might delay due to festive seasons that are beyond my control. Thanks for your patience. No Pick-Up and No COD at the moment.

6.      I am willing to combine shipping fees only up to 5 days from 1st auction won. Discount of postages/handling will be given if you purchase or win multiple items.

7.      Human can make mistakes or error. Please let me know before leaving negative feedback! I will give feedback only once the items reach you safely.
