Exchange & Refund &
Warranty:
We stand behind every product we sell. If you find the phone
is faulty, we'll be happy to make an exchange or
refund the product price less S&H within 7 days,
after 7 days we will not accept any return, refund or
exchange.
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a
record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be
in its original condition, including the box, UPC , Fedex, or
courier company bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
Please allow up to 14 business days for returns to be
processed.
Before bidding, you must agree to the shipping/handling
price. We will not accept any complaints on shipping
prices and any negative feedbacks left on shipping prices will
not be accepted.
Buyer is liable for the postage to return faulty/DOA product
for warranty, exchange or refund.
We are liable for sending replacement or warranty item back to
the buyer from manufacturers, except in the case that the
returned item is tested not faulty. In which case, it is buyer
s liability to pay for the postage cost to send the item back
to buyer.
