• 6 MONTH parts only warranty. Shipping and labour are at the purchaser's expense, warranty applicable for 6 MONTH from date of delievery.
• In the event of claiming parts under warranty, please send the faulty part back to our warehouse or send the picture to no1importer@hotmail.com with your ebay user name and item number. we will then have our mechanics examine and test the fault and replace or repair any item deemed to be faulty.
• Condition of this warranty states that the bike must be preperly assembled and checked thoroughly before riding.
• This warranty does not replace parts which are consumable or expendable such as globes, fuses, chains, tyres, battery unless they were faulty initially.
• Warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage due to mishandling, misuse, accidents, neglect or intentional damage caused by the user or by any other event.
• We will not be held liable for and warranty is voided if engine is not run in properly and faults occur due to this.

Q. What should i do after i win the auction ?

A. After you win the auction, you need to complete the checkout and make sure your current delievery address and ebay email address is correct. also you need to leave your contact number(during the day). You will receive winning confirmation email from us within 1 working days. the total amount will included in confimation email.

Q. How long will you dispatch my item after i done the payment?

A. It will depends on payment method. we will organize the shipment in 2 working day once payment is cleared.

Q. Can i pay by paypal?

A. We don't have paypal account for bikes' sale.

Q. How long my payment will go through ?

A. It will still take around 1-3 working days. also cash bank deposit must make sure you leave ebay user name or last 6 digi of item number otherwise we won't be able to verify your payment.

Q. I just deposit cash to your bank today and bank teller told me it should go straight to your account.

A. It might still take around 1-2 working days for payment go to through. we only use internet banking to check our bank transation at the end of the day. Internet banking will only refresh its' record every 24 hours normally.

Q. What should i do if bank not allow me to leave any reference with my deposit?
