It will normally take 3-4 business days for the goods to be delivered within Australia. It can be shorter or longer depends on other issues. Therefore PAYPAL is prefered. Refund policy: Exchange will only be given to those buyers who reports the faulty item within 3 days after they receive the item. The item must be in its orginial condition. Item must be sent back to us first before issue an exchange. The buyers are responsible for all shipping costs during the exchange. The buyer must contact us/leave feedback within 7 business days after receiving Post notifcation regarding whether they receive the item.
