Size Does Matter!
Please note that size "Large" does not indicate suitability for a large dog. You must measure your dog BEFORE you proceed with any transaction. Please use the Brandog size chart when measuring your dog. This size guide reflects the dimensions of Brandog merchandise. 

Collar:  Ask your dog to stand still whilst you measure the circumference of their neck. You can do this easily by placing some string around their collar in the same place they would wear their collar. Now take this piece of string and place it against some measuring tape. This is your dog's neck circumference. Be sure to allow 2 finger spaces around the neck so your new collar can fit comfortably.

Harness:  With your hound standing proudly, measure the (1) girth around the largest part of their chest and (2) behind the front legs. Now add an extra 2 inches for comfort and movement.

Apparel: The main measurements are (1) around the girth and (2) your dog's length. All breeds are slightly different, so it's best to go with the girth measurement as the length is more for aesthetics.

Shipping Paw-licy
We ship Australia wide.  All delivery times are estimates as we cannot guarantee what is beyond our control. Please allow 1-7 working days. All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include the Australian GST. All orders received before 6pm (EST) will be posted on the next business day. We strongly recommend that you upgrade your postage to Registered Post as we do not take any responsibility for misplaced parcels. We will only ship to the address listed on your order form. Pick up options are not available. We do not use drop-shipping, all items are distributed from our Sydney warehouse with no exceptions. Please note that we are not responsible for postal damage or loss of uninsured items.

Exchange and Refund
Brandog will exchange or refund your goods within 2 weeks of the original purchase date. You must however, notify us of your intent to access a refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Goods must be in their original condition - unworn and unused. We reserve the right to reject any claim for a refund or exchange where we suspect that the goods have been used. This decision will be made at our absolute discretion. 

Refunds
Where a refund is requested, we will return the money using the original payment method. Your refund will only be processed once we receive the goods back in their original and unused condition. We will not under any circumstance refund your money for postage and handling.

Exchanges
Where an exchange is required, please return your original item to us with a note indicating which item you would like to have in exchange. Once we receive the goods, we will dispatch your new item. You are required to pay any difference in price before we dispatch the new item(s). You are required to pay for the postage of the new goods, and the postage costs of returning the unwanted items. Brandog will not be held liable for any postage incurred during the exchange process whatsoever.

Accurate Representation of Products
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products both in text and in graphics. Slight colour variations may exist as a result of our photo editing process and/or your computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Brandog will not be held responsible for such colour variations as this is beyond our control.

Product Suitability
Whilst all Brandog products pass Australian import standards, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you purchase are suitable for the size, strength and individual needs of your dog. If your dog is prone to chewing and damaging property, then most of our items would not be deemed suitable for your pet. If you are unsure about product suitability, please contact us before you make your purchase. We will help you to determine whether a particular product is suitable for your pet.
