• All winning bidders must pay within 7 days. The sooner the better. At this moment, I only accept payment by internet banking to Australian buyers.

• We offer reasonable shipping and handling charges.
• I STRONGLY ADVISE REGISTERING your item. Lost item will not be compensated.
• I ship every day, Monday through Friday.
• Items are normally shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment.
• All items are charged shipping/handling. I do not combine shipping/handling.
• Once payment is received and order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Australian customers should expect delivery within 2-7 business days after shipment. International shipping will vary depending on the country between 7-21 business days on average.
• If you do not agree with the shipping/handling charges, please do not bid.

• Before sending back an item for a refund or exchange, you must contact me and request an item return form.
• Returns on working items are accepted within 7 days after receipt of an item with a 20% restocking fee.
• If you receive an item that is defective, you must notify me within 48 hours after receiving your item and I will gladly issue an exchange for the item. If I am out of stock, a refund will be issued.
• If a refund is issued for any reason, the amount of the refund will be for the purchase price of the item only. 
• I DO NOT refund return shipping. Returning an item for a refund or exchange is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
