Terms & Condition of Sale.
I have always been loath to set out a string of conditions but eBay’s striving to make the site a safe haven for buyers has made it a potential minefield for sellers and now demands that I point out how I aim to make your buying experience as positive as possible.
Please agree to these terms before bidding.

Insurance.
U.K.
Due to PayPal’s one sided buyer protection policy, if you are in the UK and your item has a value of more than £39 please do not pay until I have had the opportunity to send an invoice on Monday to include insurance.
I will not send any item above £39 uninsured if paid for using PayPal, if you do not want to pay for insurance please use Bank Transfer or send a cheque or PO.

Outside of the U.K.
Overseas customers will not be required to pay for insurance on items up to £15.00 but please be aware that if insurance is not paid for the package cannot be traced and there is nothing I can do if it is lost.
For items above £15.00 paid for using PayPal, insurance will be compulsory.
I will persue any claim for loss or damage and refund the purchaser when, and only when, I have received the compensation from Royal Mail.

Multiple Purchases
If you win more than one item please do not pay until I have sent an invoice as combined mailing will generally offer a substantial saving, i.e. up to six badges can be sent for the cost of one.

Packaging
I do charge for packaging as usually I purchase all packaging new, use professional labelling, take great care to ensure that all items sent are well protected and above all, no matter how low the selling price I always ensure that everything is mailed first class via my main Post Office and a Certificate of Posting is obtained to give all UK customers a free insurance up to the value of £39.
This all obviously costs time and money but if you are not happy with my fees please let me know before leaving Feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings as I will always try to resolve any problems.

Feedback
Detailed Seller Ratings (the stars underneath feedback) are eBay’s way of ensuring that eBay is a great place to buy and sell, but from a sellers point of view it can be a problem as most buyers do not realise the increased importance of Detailed Seller Ratings, for instance, when you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, i.e. a 4 in Shipping Time means "Quickly;" eBay, however, considers this a below par mark.
Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.8 & above or be penalized with higher fees & more.
I strive for 5-star service by stating upfront my policies and my shipping rate and keeping you fully informed of progress throughout the transaction.
