Returns	Purchases will be completely refunded if the item details have not been absolutely clear, and only in this case will it be granted.
Domestic Shipping & Postage	We gladly combine postage for items paid for in one single invoice.  However we can not offer postage discount if items are paid for separately.  Combined postage applies to purchases within 7 days of original sale date then payment is due within 3 days.

Payment—Domestic	We accept PAYPAL, & bank deposit to our ANZ Account. We do not accept cheques or money orders.  Payment is due in 7 days of auction end.

Delivery Expectations	We aim for your item to be posted within 3 days of auction end.  However during peak periods such as Christmas please allow up to 5 days for item to be posted, due to the high volume of customers purchasing during this time.
