PAYMENTS:

• We accept Payment in the following forms
  • Bank Deposit
  • Paypal
  • Money Order
  • Bank Cheque
• We will Happily offer you Combined Postage up to the weight of 20Kg, Please do not go through Check out for Combined Postage, Wait for us to weigh your Items and send you an Invoice with the Combined Postage cost.
• Please allow 2-3 business days for your money to clear via Internet Transfer, If paying by Money Order or Cheque please allow 2-3 days for it to arrive, Personal Cheques will be help for 7 days before your parcel will be sent.
• For Bank Deposits please leave a user name or Item Number, This helps us identify your payment & the sooner we see it the sooner your item will be posted !
• Payment is to be made within 7 days of auction end or purchase.
• All Non paying bidders will be filed for with an Unpaid Item Dispute and issued a strike. PLEASE only bid if you intend to pay.
• All item prices include GST
  and you will be issued with an ATO taxable Reciept.

POSTAGE:

• All Parcel are sent Registered Mail with Australia Post.
• We DO NOT allow Pick Ups, (Please dont ask).
• Please allow 7 Days from when l recieve payment for your Item to arrive, If is has not arrived in that time frame something is wrong and you need to Please Contact Me
• Registered Post does not have a Guareented delivery time but its reputation for fast delivery is very good. Most Parcels are delivered within 2-3 days of postage. Remote areas may differ.
• Registered Post carrys with it an Insurance value of $100.
• Additional Insurance if Offered but is Optional unless l specify otherwise. We STRONGLY recommend that you make sure that your Parcel is insured for your purchase price.
• The Backyard Shed is not liable for any postal loss if no insurance is taken out on the item.
• If postal insurance is taken out & the parcel is lost in transit, The Backyard Shed will put in a  claim with Australia Post on the buyer's behalf. 
• The Backyard Shed will direct these monies to you once your claim has been processed.
• All deliveries will be made to the buyer’s address provided in the eBay profile. Please ensure That your information is up to date & Correct.
• The Backyard Shed will not be responsible for Items damaged in Transit.

Warranty & Return Policy:

• Please CONTACT US straight away if there is a problem with your Purchase.
• This is a genuine quality product, These tools are imported from the USA and as such do NOT carry an Australian warranty. 
• We are NOT authorised dealers. 
• We will However  offer a 14 day DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty on all products. In the rare occurance of you recieving a faulty product please CONTACT US. 
• Products which cease to operate according to its specifications within a 14 day period from the dispatch of the goods are considered to be Dead on Arrival'(DOA) and will be replaced or refunded subject to inspection and testing.
• For products that are Dead on Arrival,  must be returned within 7 days of arrival otherwise a refund or replacement will not be issued. Again if there is a problem CONTACT US.
• Returns will only be accepted if first approved by The Backyard Shed.
• It is the buyers responsibility to return the faulty item back to us, Returns are to be sent back via REGISTERED MAIL with Insurance. All returns must be sent back safely packed. Communicate with us and let us know when it has been sent back.
• You will NOT recieve a Refund because you have changed your mind or the Product was not what you expected. Although we are here to help, If you are unhappy with your Purchase please CONTACT US, we may be able to work something out.
• Events such as unauthorized repair ,physical damage, misuse, or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return. 
• Should an item be returned and found to have no fault, the buyer is responsible for postage of the Item's Return path back to them & any inspection costs. 
• Please allow up to 15 Business Days for the processing of all refunds.
• The Backyard Shed will not be responsible for Items damaged in Transit.
