BUYER PAYS ACTUAL SHIPPING COST PLUS $1 HANDLING CHARGE (COVERS GAS IN VEHICLE, TAPE, ETC.) $5 CHARGE FOR OUTSIDE OF UNITED STATES, SORRY, BUT WE WILL DO IT.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

We no longer will allow the shipments to go Economy Parcel Post (the 4-6 week shipping) as we have had lots of problems with this in the past of people taking forever to get their packages. We have no choice as Paypal will not wait the significant time to have it delivered. They told me too bad, I should not have offered this shipping in the first place. So, now I am not. If problems persist again with this I will have to not accept Paypal or international customers as a guy from Cyprus got his package, I proved it was delivered which even wass insured and he got a refund and I was out the product, the money and the shipping. This is why it is no longer accepted that way.

US CUSTOMERS:
We only ship priority mail for items 5 pounds and under to save the shipping and give you a choice of parcel or priority otherwise (media if books, etc/1st class if under a pound). Whenever we ship parcel post for items over that amount we hear complaints of how long it took to recieve. Please check the date the package was shipped on your package to the date that payment was recieved. We ship promptly. Priority mail comes with a free tracking number and we are happy to do that. Any other services are extra. Parcel Post comes with no services at all.

The main thing is contact. we work with our customers and if there is no contact we cannot help you. If you need a few extra days to make the payment, e-mail us we are good people and understand. Our goal is to get the package out to you in a timely manner and that requires a quick payment. We live in a small place and space is limited. If you have any doubts, please ask and we will tell you anything you need to know. we are laid back type of people and we love our customers.

We will gladly send the package with the free confirmation that is provided by the USPS with all Priority Mail packages. If you would like insurance, please check the box when your statement comes to you to pay. Otherwise there will be no insurance. We package these items with our heart and sometimes the postal service does not. We try to do our best to get this to you in one piece and most of the time it does, at least 99.9% of the time. Do we combine shipping??? Yes, of course. If there happens to be different auctions going off on different days, please be sure to tell me that you are waiting for another auction to end and we will be glad to wai tand give you one invoice at the same time. If for some reason the item you are bidding on is large and is considered "oversized" per the rules of www.usps.com, we will ALWAYS figure out your best way to send it (seperately or together) and give you the best deal for shipping. We found that we enjoy the customers on Ebay, even though we never meet these people, the e-mails and communication is awesome. Ocassionally we get the grumpy customer, but we do what we can (within reason) to make them happy. Most of them are just the most sincere people you would ever write to. We thank you the customer for making our business the success the wa it is. We have a job that we enjoy coming to and that we can take our kids to work with us. We even have them help and the oldest wants to do this when he is on his own. We take or time testing these items the best that we can and have the item around for several months to make sure it stayed working. Our house is getting too small, but what can you do? If we got a bigger house, we would just have more stuff that we would sell anyways. We search and search for the items we had from our childhood or items that are unique and bring them to you. We enjoy doing this. Even just to see the things that we haven't seen for over 25 years that brings back the memories and would make the customer even happier to have it.
