  • Entry is only open to Australian residents who have purchased the BabyToolkit Cubby House Plans CD during the promotion period. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

  • "Promotion Period" means the period commencing on 31/07/2007 and closing at 5pm AEST on 31/07/2010.  Eligible entrants are individuals who have purchased the BabyToolkit CubbyHouse CD Plans from BabyToolkit  during the Promotional Period. All entries must be submitted within thePromotional period.

  • Eligible Entrants must submit via email a minimum of 6 photographs showing the Cubby House they have built from the BabyToolkit Cubby House CD Plans. The Cubby House that is the subject of the photographs must be built and owned by the entrant from the BabyToolkit Plans CD. Variations and Customizations from the original plans are permissible. Although a minimum of 10 photographs are required, entrants may submit as many images as they choose, up to a maximum of 30 for judging.

  • All images and submitted for entry become the property of BabyToolkit with Copyright assigned to BabyToolkit in full.  Images submitted for entry will be displayed in the 'Hall Of Fame" on the BabyToolkit website.

  • Entrants agree to and are bound by these Terms and Conditions as a condition of entry.
