| Payment |
Methods of payment accepted include Paypal and Bank deposit, cheques, money orders and cash on pick up. We prefer paypal as postage can be undertaken the next working day. Payment is to be received within 7 days from end of auction otherwise the item will be re-listed and negative feedback will be left. PLEASE LEAVE USERNAME ONLY WHEN MAKING BANK DEPOSITS in order to identify your payment, otherwise imminent delays will occur in processing your payment. |
| Fees |
There no extra charges incurred other than those sent to the buyer in the first invoice. Rest assured no other charges will be added to the final value besides the postage quoted. |
| Shipping |
We offer discounts on postage for multiple purchases depending on the weight and size of the items purchase. Shipping charges are variable and are listed on the product's page. Let us know upon receival of your items by leaving feedback, only once feedback is received will it be left for the customer. We take no responsibility for items that have been lost in transit as the responsibility leaves our hands once the item arrives at the dispatch center, if you are in doubt please requested registered post for an extra charge of $3.00 and piece of mind. |
| Delivery |
Postage is undertaken most days for items that have been paid and verified. Our policy is post all items once payment has been received. Extra time should be allowed for bank deposits & cheques to be cleared and verified by the bank. Postage insurance is available on request for an extra cost. |
| Refunds & Returns |
WE HAVE A NO REFUND OR RETURN POLICY, we aim to be as transparent in our listings as possible and all items leave our premises in full working order, please note we are very stringent in enforcing this policy. In the unlikely event that a wrong item has been posted, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. otherwise the item will not be accepted for a return. |
