Payment

We would really appreciate transactions to be finalised within 3 days of auction ending or BIN or 7 days if you are combining items. If combining items please do not pay until you've made your last purchase and we've sent you a final invoice. We may not realise and post your items seperately hence you'll inccur more postage fees.

If you require more than 7 days to pay please let us know. After making a purchase if you are unable to pay for any reason please email us.

Don't forget to use your EBAY ID or ITEM number when making payment, otherwise we won't know where the payment came from.

We DO NOT accept personal cheques so please do not send one.

Shipping

We post to anywhere in Australia via Australia post. Unless stated otherwise, we have listed regular post prices. If you would like express post (unable to register) please email us with your postcode for a price.

We use the utmost care in packing your parcel to ensure you receive it safely, however Australia post may lose or damage parcels. In such instance we will do everything possible to help you recover money from australia post however we cannot be held responsible for another business' error. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU REGISTER YOUR PARCEL for an extra $2.75.

You will find our combined postage rates are very competitive and save you LOTS OF $$. Unless otherwise stated, our combined postage are: full price for the first item(highest postage rate), half price the second, 3rd item+ $2.00 per item.

Terms of Sale

We have attempted our best to get the pictures as close as we can to the original colours.  

We opt to post your item within 1-2days of receiving payment. In an instance where this is not possible we will email you to let you know. We will send a confirmation email that "your payment has been received" and another when the item has been posted.

These products are brand new. We offer REFUNDS on all goods providing they are still in original packaging unused. The buyer will be wholly responsible for the postage costs UNLESS IT IS OUR ERROR.
